Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent (G.E.D) with 2+ years of relevant experience
• Communication in English (verbal and written)
• U.S. citizenship required for access to program/contract
• No disciplinary actions in record (5 years)

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings, schematics, standards, and work instructions
• Use inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify specifications
• Perform daily inspections of materials and sub‑assemblies and reject non-conforming product
• Prepare and maintain Quality Notifications (QN) and non‑conformity documentation
• Make decisions based on established criteria and stop processes when required
• Conduct random audits of assembly processes, procedures, and products
• Support final inspection activities and report critical issues to improve processes
• Ability to interpret information on screens and materials for extended periods
