Qualifications

• Education: HS diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of relevant quality inspection experience.
• Ability to follow established instructions with minimal supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, charts and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Conducts examinations and QC inspections at various production stages to ensure quality standards.
• Participates in statistical data analysis to confirm compliance or identify deviations.
• Performs visual inspections of soldered connections and mechanical inspections of assemblies.
• Prepares documentation for reporting acceptance/rejection of items inspected/tested.
• Identifies design or process inefficiencies and reports quality concerns.
• Performs routine inspections on assemblies, tooling and components.
• Conducts internal audits and corrective action follow-ups.
• Other duties as assigned.
