Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ARS division in Greenwood, SC is hiring a Quality Inspector on the 1st shift at 415 Puckett Ferry Road. Core hours are 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

The role involves inspecting materials, components, and finished goods to ensure quality specs and regulatory standards. You will record data, communicate defects, participate in corrective actions, and support continuous improvement with production teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Previous quality experience.
• No relocation benefit is offered; only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the work location will be considered.
• Active-Duty Military Service members are exempt from the geographic area limitation.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough inspections of materials, components, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Use measurement tools and testing equipment to verify product specifications.
• Record inspection data and maintain test documentation; report non-conformances.
• Identify defects and communicate required corrective actions to ensure compliance.
