Job summary

Eaton ES AMER ARS division is seeking an Assembly Technician I for 1st shift at 415 Puckett Ferry Road, Greenwood, SC. Core hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–3:30 pm. The role focuses on assembling low voltage assemblies while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity.

You will perform material handling, assembly, testing, and final preparation of products for shipment, with opportunities to flex across Lean Line and Flex Line operations as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum of 3 months of manufacturing experience in an industrial environment.
• Minimum of 3 months of experience using hand and air tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble low voltage assemblies and perform required production activities.
• Handle material allocation, retrieval, and raw material preparation for assembly.
• Perform electrical testing and quality inspections on assemblies.
• Prepare finished products for shipment or storage and document results.
• Flex across Lean Line, Flex Line, and PowerWave2 assembly operations as needed.
