Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a highly detail-oriented QC Inspector to join our Quality team. This full-time role reports to the QC Supervisor and Manufacturing Management, ensuring that incoming, in-process, and final electro-mechanical assemblies meet rigorous quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in QC or similar role.
• Experience with First Article Inspection (FAI) and AS9102.
• Excellent reading and measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections on complex parts and assemblies.
• Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Take precise mechanical and electrical measurements with calibrated tools.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in electromechanical assemblies.
• Oversee calibration of tools and inspection equipment.
• Perform FAI per AS9102 and manage source inspection requirements.

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive QC Inspector to join our Quality team. Working full-time under the direct supervision of the QC Supervisor and Manufacturing Management, the QC Inspector will ensure that incoming, in-process, and final electro-mechanical assemblies meet rigorous quality, industry, and customer standards. This role requires technical read-and-measure skills, hands-on mechanical and electrical aptitude, and experience operating within strict aerospace/space quality environments.

salary: $56,000 - $60,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Inspection & Testing: Perform thorough incoming, in-process, and final inspections on complex parts, mechanical components, and electrical assemblies.
• Blueprint & Document Reading: Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, documentation, and work instructions.
• Precision Measurement: Take accurate mechanical and electrical measurements using calibrated instruments and inspection tools.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues within electromechanical assemblies.
• Calibration Management: Oversee and manage the calibration of tools, gauges, and inspection equipment.
• Source & First Article Inspection: Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) in accordance with AS9102 and manage source inspection requirements.
