Job summary

BRP is seeking a Quality Inspector to support the Switch assembly line in Wisconsin. You will read drawings, inspection plans, and control charts to validate documentation and ensure BRP quality standards.

You will assist production, advise on precision instruments, audit operations, analyze data, and collaborate with other departments to improve processes. A High School Diploma and 1–3 years in manufacturing are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience.
• BRP quality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Able to work in a diverse team and use computers.
• Analyze data to improve processes.
