Job summary

Adecco is hiring for a night-shift QA inspector in Milford, CT. The role requires performing visual, dimensional and functional inspections and conducting tests with microscopes and gauges. You will document results, ensure batch records are complete, and promptly report defects to supervision.

Training is provided to start during daytime hours for the first month. The position emphasizes reliability with excellent attendance, the ability to work with a team, and strict adherence to safety

Qualifications

• Computer literacy is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Troubleshoot problems and suggest improvements.

Great opportunity at a premiere manufacturing company in the Milford area. We are seeking a self-starter who takes initiative and works with an energetic, positive attitude and who is able to commit to excellent attendance and punctuality. Excellent initial and ongoing training program provided.

Work Schedule: Night shifts (7pm-7am). Working 3-4 days/weekand every other weekend.

Will train during the day for 1st month.

Job Description:

• Perform visual, dimensional and functional inspection of products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform testing using microscope, magnifying glass and mechanical and electronic gages.
• Ability to accurately complete required documentation of tests and results both using a computer and manually.
• Ability to recognize incomplete and inaccurate batch records and react accordingly.
• Immediately bring any problems or defects to the attention of the supervisor.
• Maintain equipment and work in a neat, clean and orderly manner.
• Demonstrate the ability to work and communicate effectively with others while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Follow directions and adhere to all safety standards and plant rules.
• Troubleshoot problems and share ideas for continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate reliability with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Computer literacy required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Pay Details: $19.24 per hour
