Qualifications

• Experience leading/managing teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Track record with quality systems and process improvement.
• Knowledge of SPC, Lean, and Six Sigma concepts is desirable.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of quality inspection professionals.
• Foster accountability, quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Support quality programs aligning with business and customer needs.
• Conduct quality audits, root-cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot process interruptions and quality concerns.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training.
