What You'll Do

As the Quality Inspection Supervisor, you will serve as both a leader and technical resource for your team, ensuring products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of quality inspection professionals.
• Foster a culture of accountability, quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure quality programs and processes support business objectives and customer expectations.
• Conduct quality audits, investigations, and root-cause analyses to drive corrective actions.
• Act as a technical resource and troubleshoot process interruptions and quality concerns.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide ongoing coaching and development.
• Support Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner cross-functionally with production, engineering and operations teams to improve processes and product quality.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.

We're Looking For:

Required

• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent leadership experience.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives, SPC techniques, Lean Manufacturing principles, or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and employee development skills.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience in quality management, manufacturing operations, or industrial production environments.
