Kadlec Regional Medical Center seeks a Clinical Quality Improvement RN to abstract, analyze and report outcomes for measured patient populations. You will lead performance monitoring in collaboration with hospital teams to improve patient care and participate in committees.

The role requires an associate degree in nursing, WA RN license and 3 years hospital acute care experience; BSN preferred with data abstraction, EMR and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher required.
• Washington RN license on hire.
• Minimum 3 years of hospital acute care experience.

Responsibilities

• Review patient mortalities, restraints, and readmissions.
• Support sepsis improvement efforts and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with Medical, Nursing and Ancillary teams.
• Present outcome data to committees.
