Qualifications

• Knowledge of change management theory and process.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and uses appropriate clinically relevant sources of evidence for projects assigned.
• Oversees data collection and knowledge gathering to assess projects and identify opportunities for better outcomes.
• Assists the team in understanding data collection methods and data definitions.
• Participates in chart abstraction for clinical outcome measures and databases.
• Analyzes data with clinical insight to guide recommendations and improvement strategies.
• Uses visual tools to present outcomes and documents opportunities for improvement.
