Job summary

Ideal candidates have a BSN, 5+ years RN experience with QA/utilization review, and SC licensure. The role emphasizes collaboration with IT and clinical teams to advance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• BSN required; ADN/MSN considered if BSN coursework completed within 1 year
• Minimum 5 years of RN experience with at least 2 years in utilization review, quality assurance, or case management
• Licensed as RN in South Carolina

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data collection and analysis for performance improvement initiatives.
• Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Ensure readiness for DNV and other regulatory requirements.
• Develop and revise programs, protocols, and guidelines for identified populations.
• Provide educational offerings to support professional development.
