Job summary

D.I.V.E Opportunity Homes in California is seeking a Quality Improvement Manager to support CARF accreditation and continuously improve treatment quality for youth in our STRTP program.

The role requires a thorough, detail-oriented approach, coordinating staff in safety and risk management activities, and ensuring documentation and analysis of drills. You will also manage surveys and stakeholder input to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing quality improvement programs.
• Familiar with CARF accreditation processes.
• Strong focus on safety, risk management and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Facility walk-through and perimeter checks.
• Attend CARF trainings and implement CARF standards.
• Assign staff to design and carry out safety and risk management activities.
• Assign staff to perform monthly reviews of safety and risk management activities.
• Oversee Resident Council meetings to hear residents’ ideas and ensure action.
• Inform management of improvement suggestions, safety concerns and compliance issues.
• Ensure emergency drills are conducted and documented with post‑drill analysis.
• Ensure resident, staff and stakeholder surveys are completed with 1:1 follow‑ups.
