The role requires a thorough, detail-oriented approach, coordinating staff in safety and risk management activities, and ensuring documentation and analysis of drills. You will also manage surveys and stakeholder input to drive improvements.
(D.I.V.E.) Opportunities STRTP services young woman ages of 12-17 and Non-Minor Dependents (NMDS) with a variety of diagnosis. We are looking for a Quality Improvement Manager who is very thorough, detail oriented and organized who can support our CARF Accreditation initiative. Our Quality Improvement Manager will commit to continuously improve the quality of the treatment of our youth and the services we provide. Our QI Manager will utilize a systematic approach to assessing services and improving them on a priority basis.
