Job summary

Middle Flint Health & Wellness is seeking a Quality Improvement Manager to lead the organization’s QI, performance management, accreditation, and compliance initiatives in Warner Robins, GA. You will drive data-driven improvements, develop comprehensive dashboards, and ensure readiness for accreditation cycles.

The role partners with executive leadership and program managers to meet regulatory standards, improve service quality, and advance organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, business, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years in quality improvement, compliance, accreditation, or related field.
• Experience with performance measurement, data analysis, reporting, and quality management systems required.
• Experience with accreditation processes and standards preferred.
• CPHQ or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, maintain, and evaluate the organization's Quality Improvement Program.
• Coordinate agency-wide quality enhancement and performance improvement initiatives.
• Establish, monitor, and evaluate KPIs and organizational outcome measures.
• Facilitate quality improvement committees, workgroups, and performance review meetings.
• Develop reports identifying trends, corrective actions, and successes.
• Prepare quarterly and annual quality management reports and program evaluations.
