Job summary

GT Independence, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead accreditation readiness, governance, and continuous improvement. You will supervise QA staff, develop dashboards, and ensure compliance with CARF and regulatory standards across locations.

You will leverage data analytics and AI-enabled tools to monitor performance, drive patient and stakeholder satisfaction, and advance organizational quality initiatives. A collaborative, mission-driven environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience relevant to quality assurance and compliance.
• Direct experience preparing for CARF Accreditation preferred.
• Experience working with large data sets to identify trends and risks.
• Knowledge of quality improvement and performance measurement principles.
• Strong analytical and written/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead CARF accreditation activities, readiness planning, and compliance monitoring.
• Oversee health and safety compliance across locations with site reps.
• Supervise QA staff and provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Organize quality committees and present executive-level dashboards and reports.
• Design and administer stakeholder satisfaction surveys and feedback strategies.
