Job summary

Alliance Health is seeking a Manager of Quality Improvement to lead the QI program and ensure alignment with regulatory and accreditation standards. The role translates priorities into structured improvement initiatives driving outcomes and health equity.

The position oversees PIPs, analytics, reporting, and regulatory submissions while ensuring Medicaid managed care compliance. Remote work is supported with residency in North Carolina and some travel to the Morrisville home office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, nursing, health informatics, business administration or related healthcare field.
• Preferred Master’s degree and relevant leadership/quality improvement experience.
• CPHQ certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality improvement initiatives using data-driven insights and QI methodologies.
• Oversee PIPs, quality analytics, data validation, performance measurement and regulatory submissions.
• Collaborate across departments to advance quality initiatives and health equity.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and executive presentations for stakeholders.
• Manage and develop staff, coaching and performance management.
