Job summary

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of QI standards and regulatory requirements.
• Working knowledge of QI models, tools, and data reporting.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills to complete tasks on time.
• Demonstrated problem solving to assess issues quickly and offer options.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with clinical and regulatory staff.
• Ability to convey complex clinical information in writing and verbally.
• Proficiency with administrative software and quality data management applications.
• One or more years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with quality improvement initiatives.
• Support program evaluation and operational effectiveness for ACT and V4V.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and monitor quality measures.
