Riley Children's Health is seeking an Operational Excellence Improvement Leader-Senior to drive process improvement initiatives across the hospital. This role focuses on collaboration with leaders to enhance operational efficiency using LEAN principles. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, significant experience in complex organizations, and a strong background in project management.

This position involves working on impactful process improvement projects to support Riley Hospital in achieving its operational and strategic goals. You will partner closely with clinical and operational leaders to develop their problem-solving capabilities. Projects are complex, hospital-wide, involving internal & external stakeholders and community partners.
You will collaborate with leaders and team members at all levels to share accountability for achieving quantifiable results aligned with organizational goals. The role includes deploying strategic programs, facilitating breakthrough results for complex process improvement initiatives, developing lean management system capabilities based on Toyota Production and High Reliability Organization principles, and mentoring less experienced team members.
