Qualifications

• 5+ years in health care
• CPR certification
• Cultural competence
• Valid Oregon driver’s license
• Knowledge of EHR systems
• Ability to coordinate and organize

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and evaluate the clinic's QA/QI program.
• Monitor safety and regulatory logs; ensure policy compliance.
• Lead QA/QI projects and improve clinical processes.
• Collaborate across departments to meet AAAHC standards.
