Job summary

Marin Community Clinics seeks a QA/I Program Manager to lead the QA/I program and improve care delivery and patient experience. The role directs QA/I staff and partners with Compliance and Risk to address incidents and risks in a fast-paced health system.

The position emphasizes expertise in HRSA/UDS, HEDIS, Medi-Cal and Joint Commission programs, with close collaboration to clinical and operational leaders to drive a culture of quality across MCC.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in improvement models such as the IHI Improvement Model.
• Ability to multitask and organize workload.
• Identify gaps in processes and propose corrections.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Work independently with providers and clinic staff.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Travel to clinic sites within the assigned area as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manages QA/I project management staff to support department and organization goals.
• Serves as primary PM on complex, new initiatives aligned with MCC priorities.
• Identifies and supports quality improvement priorities for the organization.
• Collaborates with Compliance and Risk teams to address incidents and risks.
• Develops advanced knowledge of QA/I theory and relevant programs (HRSA/UDS, HEDIS, Medi-Cal, Joint Commission).
• Partners with clinical and operational leaders to improve QA/I approaches and metrics.
• Promotes a culture of quality across the organization by engaging staff in QA/I work.
• Supports QA/I Committee with monthly data reviews.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
