Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all meals for the crew, in accordance with applicable health and safety regulations.
• Ensure that all food is prepared and cooked to the highest standards.
• Monitor the quality of all ingredients used in the preparation of meals.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and food preparation areas.
• Maintain accurate records of food production and inventory.
• Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and stored.
• Monitor food supplies and order new supplies as necessary.
• Monitor food waste and ensure that it is disposed of in accordance with regulations.
• Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with all crew members.
