Royal Caribbean International seeks an experienced shipboard cook to supervise and coordinate kitchen activities, preparing meals for diverse onboard outlets and maintaining USPH sanitation standards.

Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years in a similar role, preferably in upscale hospitality or cruise settings, and proof of cook apprenticeship or its equivalent. Travel and shipboard life are integral to this role, with 6–8 month contracts offered.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to prepare high-volume meals in upscale settings.
• Experience supervising kitchen staff and line cooks.
• Knowledge of USPH standards and sanitation requirements.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate all activities of the kitchen workstation.
• Prepare and cook food for multiple outlets on board.
• Maintain and enforce USPH standards across the galley.
