Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Quality Manager in Rockwall, TX to lead the QMS and drive continuous quality improvement across production, engineering, and supply chain. The role requires hands-on leadership of QA/QC and ISO 9001 initiatives.

You will mentor a skilled quality team, manage internal audits, and coordinate with cross-functional leaders to ensure regulatory and customer specifications are met. A Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in quality management.
• Managerial level experience in leading QA/QC teams and QMS programs.
• Bachelor’s degree (Bachelors) in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s QMS in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Oversee QA/QC inspection and testing processes to ensure regulatory and customer compliance.
• Mentor the quality team and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues and drive CAPA actions.
• Lead ISO certification programs and audits.
