Agave Wire in Rockwall, TX is seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality assurance and control, and to develop and maintain our Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 requirements. You will oversee QA/QC processes, manage audits, mentor the quality team, and collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of work experience in quality.
• 3+ years of supervisory/managerial experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and manufacturing quality standards.

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) per ISO 9001.
• Oversee QA/QC processes to ensure regulatory and customer requirements are met.
• Mentor and manage the quality team; provide training and coaching.
