Job summary

RG Group seeks a Quality Manager to ensure products, services, and processes meet internal standards and regulatory requirements. You will oversee QA and QC, lead inspections, and drive continuous improvement to maximize customer satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on leadership of the quality team, development of robust QMS processes, and effective collaboration with operations and suppliers. Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in quality leadership are expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in quality leadership role.
• Six Sigma Green/Black belt a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration.
• Experience in a Quality Management System, ISO AS9100 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements, and manages ISO 9001 QMS.
• Develops protocols for inspecting materials and products to prevent defects.
• Prepares for and leads internal and external audits, including regulatory checks.
• Leads root-cause analyses and CAPA programs, handles issues.
• Supervises quality team and sets performance metrics.
