Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Quality Manager to join a client in Fort Worth, TX. The role leads the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure ISO 9001 compliance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include developing the quality team, overseeing calibration, monitoring KPIs, and driving continuous improvement. Strong English communication and leadership are required, with a focus on regulatory alignment and cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a science-related field.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English; excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Recruit, train, and develop quality team members.
• Organize and oversee team schedules, workload, and daily operations.
• Conduct timely performance evaluations.
• Administer corrective actions in line with policy.
• Ensure QMS meets customer, internal, ISO, and regulatory requirements.
• Support inspectors and staff to verify product/process compliance.
• Manage monitoring and review of internal processes affecting quality.
• Oversee calibration of inspection/measurement equipment.
• Stay current on quality standards and regulatory updates.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for issues.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation and reports.
• Identify warehouse process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Analyze merchandise flow to address product and delivery issues.
• Promote open communication and a positive work environment.
