Job summary

Genentech is seeking a Quality Excellence Lead within our Quality Excellence Infrastructure team in South San Francisco. You will shape global Quality Infrastructure strategies, drive data-driven decision-making, and champion new digital quality technologies to enable scalable, compliant operations.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, oversee Quality System governance, and cultivate knowledge sharing across Pharma Development.

Qualifications

Education: Masters, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in scientific or quality-related field.
5 years in pharma or Quality Systems experience preferred.
Experience with regulated health/pharma environments (GCP, GVP, MDR, SaMD, RBQM).
Hands-on AI/data analytics experience to optimize quality processes.
