Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking an Engineering Aide in Orlando, FL to support TLS programs. You will provide engineering support to manufacturing and testing, coach line operators, and collaborate with program teams to resolve non-conformances.

The role emphasizes quality inspections, defect investigations, audits, and continuous improvement through RCCA and team collaboration. Strong IPC and SAP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with Quality best practices.
• Experience with Root Cause Analysis.
• Experience with IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, and J-STD-001.
• Proficient with common inspections tools and equipment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to perform Repair and Rework Inspections.
• Ability to perform In-Process Manufacturing Inspections.
• Detail-oriented and able to understand drawings, IPC manuals and specs.
• Familiarity with SAP.

Responsibilities

• Quality engineering support for TLS products: defect verifications and investigations.
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineering and production control for dispositions.
• Audit processes and procedures for compliance with guidance and standards.
• Drive continuous improvement; participate in OET and RCCA activities.
