Job summary

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems in Orlando, FL is seeking a Quality Inspector to provide technical support to engineers, collect and manage data, and produce engineering documentation and drawings. You will perform calculations, analyze data, and generate reports using standard software tools.

Travel is required both internationally and domestically. A college degree or 3+ years of QA experience, and ability to obtain a security clearance are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with Quality best practices.
• Proficient with common inspections tools and equipment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to perform Repair and Rework Inspections.
• Ability to perform In-Process Manufacturing Inspections.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to engineers on a variety of tasks.
• Gather, maintain, format, compile, and manipulate technical data (lab results, engineering changes).
• Produce engineering documentation, reports, drawings (flow charts, block diagrams, schematics).
• Perform detailed mathematical calculations and preliminary data analyses.
• Use PC in analyses and documentation development.
• May conduct tests and record data to aid evaluation/analysis.
