Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of professional experience OR Master’s with 3+ years.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems (AS9100, ISO 9001, NADCAP) and government standards.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to communicate, manage and achieve site tactical and strategic goals for the value stream.

Responsibilities

• Manage a quality team and daily operations, supervising staff and workflow.
• Develop and maintain quality evaluation and control systems for materials and products.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to uphold standards and drive improvements.
• Audit quality systems and ensure corrective actions meet reliability requirements.
• Specialize in design, production control, or R&D as they apply to quality.
