Zusammenfassung

Northrop Grumman's Space Sector in Magna, UT is seeking a Quality Engineer Level 2 or 3 to join our Production Quality team. You will work in an industrial setting supporting complex engineering challenges, collaborating with design engineering and cross-functional teams across factory value streams.

The role requires knowledge of AS9100, MRB, FAIR, RCCA, and GD&T; you will help ensure inspections and process controls, with a 9/80 schedule and potential overtime and discretionary bonus.

Qualifikationen

• Must obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance
• AS9100 aerospace quality standards knowledge
• Experience with MRB documentation and processing
• Experience with FAIR (First Article Inspection Reports)
• Experience with RCCA and other investigation techniques
• GD&T application per ANSI/ASME Y14.5
• Mechanical design and tooling experience
• CAD capabilities with NX/SolidWorks/ProE or equivalent

Aufgaben

• Understand design intent, failure modes, requirements, specifications, and manufacturing processes
• Provide guidance on regulations and internal policies to ensure compliance
• Coordinate inspections, SPC analyses, and audits across factory value streams
• Collaborate with design/processing teams to improve quality and processing
