Qualifications

• Experience with Quality Management Systems (AS9100, ISO 9001, NADCAP and government standards).
• Ability to communicate, manage and achieve site tactical and strategic goals for assigned value stream.
• Understanding of quality KPIs and implementation of process improvements based on metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team within the larger organizational unit, setting & operating to objectives & providing guidance to subordinates based on goals, objectives & company policy.
• Regularly performs analysis of alternative courses of action. Decisions have risk/reward implications for program or area of influence.
• Collaborate with other functional managers, process center leaders, value stream leaders and value stream owner(s) to meet division, value stream, and quality objectives.
• Establish operating procedures that affect organizational unit(s). Interprets, executes, and recommends modifications to organizational policies.
• Collaborate with mission assurance, production quality engineering, and manufacturing teams to achieve product and site goals related to quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
