Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Quality Engineering Manager (Manufacturing QC) in the Richmond, VA area to lead quality initiatives on mission-critical electrical construction and data center projects.

You'll partner with engineering, operations and executive stakeholders to drive CAPA, inspections, and continuous improvement, with a track toward senior leadership and large-scale program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
• 5+ years in Quality Engineering, QA or QC.
• Experience with Construction Quality is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality initiatives across large-scale projects.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and leadership to drive quality improvements.
• Oversee inspections, CAPA, commissioning, and startup activities.
