Base Pay Range

$85,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr

Job Overview

What You’ll Do
  • Support and implement project‑specific quality plans across major electrical/technology installations
  • Review customer requirements and project documentation to ensure compliance
  • Create and maintain QC logs, checklists, and inspection schedules
  • Participate in design reviews, inspections, and third‑party audits
  • Interface directly with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams
  • Ensure adherence to safety policies and quality standards through field inspections
  • Analyze trends, prepare quality reports, and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist with audits, corrective actions, and process documentation using established frameworks
What We’re Looking For
  • 0‑8+ years of experience in engineering, construction management, or related technical fields
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management and experience with USACE/NAVFAC 3‑Phase QC is a must for tenured candidates
  • Experience with quality control programs—experience with structured multi‑phase QC systems is highly valued
  • Strong data, documentation, and analytical skills
