Adecco is seeking a Quality Engineering Manager (Manufacturing QC) in the Richmond, VA area to lead quality initiatives on mission-critical electrical construction and data center projects.
You'll partner with engineering, operations and executive stakeholders to drive CAPA, inspections, and continuous improvement, with a track toward senior leadership and large-scale program success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
- 5+ years in Quality Engineering, QA or QC.
- Experience with Construction Quality is essential.
Responsibilities
- Lead quality initiatives across large-scale projects.
- Partner with engineering, operations, and leadership to drive quality improvements.
- Oversee inspections, CAPA, commissioning, and startup activities.
