You will guide automation, AI-assisted testing, and defect management while coordinating with QE resources across EMEA, APAC & India for global rollout readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of work experience.
• Proven testing experience in retail, clienteling, POS, or commerce apps.
• Hands-on QA with automation and leadership responsibilities.
• Experience with web/mobile testing across CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end QA strategy for Clienteling and O2O features.
• Lead test planning, execution, and risk mitigation across store tech stacks.
• Oversee test automation frameworks and AI-assisted tooling.
• Coordinate testing across global markets and Nutley lab.
• Mentor QA engineers and manage defect lifecycle.
