Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Quality Engineering Manager for Motion products. You will lead a global team focused on product quality throughout the lifecycle, partnering with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, and Customer-facing teams to drive issue resolution and cost reduction.

This role offers leadership growth and cross-functional influence in a high-impact quality organization. Reporting to the Sr Product Quality Manager for Power and Motion, you will develop and implement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience.
• 5 years in product development, product quality, customer quality, manufacturing quality, reliability, or technical issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a global team of Product Quality Engineers and Technicians; set priorities and support growth.
• Lead projects to reduce warranty and cost of poor quality via design robustness and manufacturing improvements.
• Increase proactive quality planning, standard work, and lifecycle quality across new products and support.
• Lead CAPA, 8D, root cause analysis, containment, corrective action, and effectiveness verification.
• Partner cross-functionally to align on quality risks, priorities, decisions, escalations, and corrective action plans.
• Ensure product development activities comply with corporate and business-level quality processes.
