Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Supply Chain Management.
Graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.
Able to complete a 12-week full-time summer internship May/June–August 2027 in Anoka, MN.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; detail-oriented and organized.
Willingness to learn and collaborate with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

Support quality improvements for production processes and products.
Work with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality defects.
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data; make recommendations.
