Job summary

AeroVironment, Inc. is seeking a Summer Engineering Intern to gain hands-on experience in quality engineering and manufacturing development.

You will assist in investigations, measurement using calipers and micrometers, and participate in problem-solving sessions within a dynamic team environment. Ideal candidates are enrolled in an engineering program, with a minimum 3.0 GPA, and available for 8–12 weeks onsite.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a college or university pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in a technical or engineering major related to work assignment during the internship.
• Must have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist Quality Engineers with investigations involving production and customer issues.
• Use Calipers and Micrometers to measure products for dimensional analysis.
• Participate in problem‑solving sessions.
• Work with software tools in your area of expertise.
• Participates in all aspects of the Quality inspections, investigations, and process audit program.
