Job summary

AV invites highly motivated students or recent graduates to join a 12-week on-site Summer Internship Program in Quality Engineering. You will work on real projects, support QA activities, and gain hands-on experience with MS Office, Minitab, drawing interpretation, and SolidWorks Inspection.

The role emphasizes a strong quality engineering aptitude, teamwork, and problem-solving across manufacturing processes. Relocation/housing stipend may be available depending on the team and location.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college or university pursuing a technical or engineering degree.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Must be available part-time (40 hours/week) for 8–12 weeks.
• U.S. Citizenship, U.S. permanent resident (Green Card) or asylee/refugee status required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Quality Engineers with investigations involving production and customer issues.
• Use Calipers and Micrometers for dimensional analysis.
• Participate in problem-solving sessions and quality inspections.
• Support quality engineering activities in SolidWorks, MS Office, and related tools.
