Job summary

Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) seeks Weapons Production Group Quality Engineers to support weapon system surveillance and production operations. Positions are full-time on-site in Livermore, with higher levels available based on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quality, mechanical, or electrical engineering or related field.
• Associate degree in Engineering Technology with significant related experience; or equivalent combination of education and extensive related experience.
• Fundamental knowledge in engineering design, fabrication, assembly techniques and materials.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist PRT members on PRP activities ensuring work on weapon, weapon related, and surveillance products.
• Interact with NNSA, Design Agency, and Production Agency staff at all levels.
• Participate as a core member on multiple PRTs to provide quality related expertise on design, QA functions, production, surveillance, configuration management and requirements.
