Job summary

Clarios, LLC is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to design, develop, and implement testing and SPC procedures across our manufacturing processes in Toledo, OH. This role drives product and process quality, supports continuous improvement, and partners with cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns and improve operations.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in QA/Quality Engineering in manufacturing, experience with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001, and strong SPC and root cause analysis

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 6 years in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering in manufacturing.
• Experience with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, or other Quality Management Systems.
• Strong knowledge of SPC, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, blueprints, GD&T, and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement testing and SPC procedures to ensure quality across manufacturing processes.
• Drive product and process quality and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct audits and lead corrective actions for root cause resolution.
• Coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns.
• Develop and present quality metrics and reports to leadership.
