Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive in Morristown, Tennessee is seeking a Quality Engineer to improve process capability, evaluate process data, and implement corrective actions to meet plant KPI indicators. You will manage documentation for quality and cGMP compliance across product specs, process parameters, CAPAs, and supplier audits.

This role partners with packaging and raw materials teams, supports CAPA investigations, validation protocols, and technology transfers, and contributes to a robust quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a manufacturing plant environment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Failure Investigations and CAPA.
• Experience with SPC, Minitab or similar statistical tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain robust quality systems for process control and compliance.
• Maintain specifications in ERP systems (SAP, OPERA, Inbatch).
• Oversee supplier quality management including audits and inspections.
• Conduct quality failure investigations and perform RCA and CAPA.
• Support validation protocols and technology transfers.
• Provide guidance on packaging quality issues and KPI tracking.
