You will manage the Piscataway Packaging Lab and guide Colgate's worldwide testing network to support product innovation, quality, and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes lab operations, equipment qualifications, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration with Quality and Safety teams, enabling effective technology transfer across teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging, Industrial Design, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 6+ years of packaging engineering or related experience.
• Hands-on experience in packaging development, validation protocols, and lab testing.
• Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ and data integrity in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive global strategy and test methods to ensure predictive quality across categories.
• Direct daily operations of the Piscataway Lab, budgets, and network governance.
• Collaborate with Quality and Safety teams on packaging materials of concern and compliance.
• Oversee equipment qualifications (IQ/OQ/PQ) and digital lab systems.
• Lead internal audits, SOPs, and training for global tech transfer.
