Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field with strong problem-solving ability.
• 2+ years of programming experience in C/C++/Python or equivalent.
• Experience with software analysis/testing, CAN bus tech and tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve core quality metrics (R/1000, CPU, CPR, E2E).
• Lead unified quality agenda across data sources and forums.
• Present findings and recommendations to quality forums.
• Perform root-cause and Pareto analysis for 12V battery, starter and alternator failures.
• Drive timely resolution of high-priority quality items.
