Job summary

Ford is seeking a Warranty Analyst to join its Manufacturing team in Dearborn, MI. You will lead problem-solving and root cause analysis to improve warranty and internal quality data, while driving the quality process across the function.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration, data gathering, and supporting BSAQ projects to contain and prevent issues. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, solid manufacturing experience, and proven analytical skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• Proven problem-solving abilities essential.

Responsibilities

• Attend binning meeting and provide VIN history in QLS and SPC data as applicable.
• Assist with triage of ECB claims and verbatims with VRT engineers and implement containment if feasible.
• Assist with dealer callbacks, part return requests.
• Analyze ECB/AWS and support VRT BSAQ projects (PD, Mfg, STA).
• Describe critical X with Process Engineer and work on PJO phases 1–3.
