Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from ABET-accredited program.

Responsabilités

• Line quality ownership for two assembly lines, supporting production daily on the floor.
• Monitor and improve FPY, scrap, and quality downtime; identify defect drivers using Pareto and trend analysis.
• Coordinate nonconforming material through MRB and drive disposition and containment.
• Lead RCCA/8D activities for internal and supplier-related quality issues.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, and MSA tools.
