Job summary

Rehlko in Sheboygan, WI is seeking a Quality Engineer for small assembly lines. You will own product and process quality, drive yield improvements, investigate nonconformances, and collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, and Supplier Quality to sustain and improve line performance.

The role requires hands-on problem solving on the floor, with focus on RCAs, containment, and process control. Onsite work is required in Sheboygan, WI.

Qualifications

• On-floor quality engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with SPC, MSA, PFMEA, control plans, and CTQ.
• Ability to read engineering drawings including GD&T.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Sheboygan, WI.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated quality engineer for two small industrial assembly lines.
• Monitor FPY, scrap, and downtime; identify defect drivers via Pareto/trends.
• Lead MRB activities and coordinate rework and disposition.
