• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing quality or operations.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to daily quality Andons on the line and drive containment.
• Verify and inspect units to drawings and customer requirements.
• Investigate quality holds and document dispositions.
• Write and manage DMRs for supplier nonconformances; support RMAs.
• Track quality metrics and support continuous improvement projects.
